Case 1.For International companies
Relocation project for multiple international companies and government agencies due to building renovation
As the relocation will take place at the convenience of the building, it is necessary to manage all aspects of project management, from understanding the existing environment to coordinating with oversea IT, in order to minimize the burden on the clients. Bilingual PM members with deep IT knowledge are required.

For a complete renovation of building, each tenant needed to be relocated to other floor in the same building, and also needed to be returned to their original place after the renovation done. Utec handled this project by rebuilding an IT environment of each tenant, contacting oversea IT staff, carriers and vendors. In addition, Utec arranged flight tickets and made a reservation of hotel for the clients visiting from overseas.

Telephone system replacement project for a large hotel (1,000 rooms)

The project was to replace an old telephone system with new Alcatel-Lucent in a large hotel in Fukuoka.
The replacement work must be completed within 24 hours.
The down time of the system was limited to 4 hours during the night(1.a.m. to 6 a.m.), as hotel operates 24/7.
Utec completed the replacement for 1,000 rooms by setting a precise schedule and taking the leading role of cooperating with related vendors.
